Today one coworker who isn’t that far off maternity leave (under 2 weeks) started having contractions. She asked to leave & was told no. The leader in charge then left a couple hours later because the heat was out at his house. Eventually she was allowed to leave: after she was bent over her pack station, heavy breathing and struggling. He was allowed to leave immediately. That’s what working at Target is like.
