Parking ticket question but got fired

Random question. If i got parking ticket in a company car but got fired a week later should I pay it or ignore it AFTER they already paid parking enforcement? Background information The week I was let go they said it was a business decision, said they liked me but it was mostly due to speculation of my peers, whatever that means. I told them that it was a BS reason and should be based on my work ability. My supervisor said he agrees but can't do anything about work politics. I had a parking ticket that I was going to pay, but since I've been let go they paid it off the company car (under the company name) then sent me a letter 3 weeks later telling me to write them a check for it to the company. Background information

The week I was let go they said it was a business decision, said they liked me but it was mostly due to speculation of my peers, whatever that means.

My supervisor was cool with me. My manager who ordered me around would constantly get mad I didn't chase her for her time, since she was above me she told me it's the natural order to chase her for her limited time… I suspect that was the main reason. She kept saying you don't ask me questions I do not think we are compatible. I do not even know how brown nosing is part of the job. I just do my work, if I need help I ask or wait for feedback.

TLDR

Parking ticket was never under my name. It was on the company's name and car. I was let go, but the company paid for it. 3 weeks later they wanted me to send them a check.
