Just wanted to vent to the empty void.
Resigned from my position yesterday and expressed my concerns over the treatment of staff and the safety of work. I am working to complete my final week. Over the past 2 days I have been ambushed by higher ups, belittled and downright disrespected in all avenues.
Fuck this place. Since I've quit and in my position I have had to deal with the higher ups on a daily basis, that now means my coworkers are having to deal with them now. 3 other staff have quit as they don't want to deal with them. The remaining staff are 1 full timer and 4 casuals. Good luck to them. Hope the business flops.
