So we all see the layoffs and companies offering less remote/hybrid work. I suspect we’ll see (and are already seeing) decreases in wages. Simply due to supply and demand if nothing else. So what’s your plan? How you going to command the same, if not higher, salaries? Just refuse to work, gig work, start your own business, freelance, etc?
