I have very recently ended employment with a company run by an abusive dick who doesn’t appreciate my hard work. I tried to be amicable and give 2 weeks notice only to be terminated immediately. I email back stating our hiring package details 2 week payout is required in the event of an unnecessary termination without notice. Now I have an email back saying I’m to report for my 2 weeks at a night shift 5 hours from my town. Has anyone else dealt with crap like that? I already was terminated with an immediate end date. I’m not sure he can just rescind that. I will never give notice to a bad company again, they don’t deserve courtesy as they show none in return.
