How to care less about work?

I work in a tech startup and I like my job. I am happy with what I am doing, but I feel I cannot care more about the job or the people I am working with. I usually see a job as a means to an end, to live and to support my hobbies and I do not want to identify with my job, however, this time I feel everyone in the team is closer to each other than I am to the rest. We are a small team of 13. In previous jobs, there were people with whom I would get along better and we were more similar as people, but now I feel I am the outsider. I work in a tech startup and I like my job. I am happy with what I am doing, but I feel I cannot care more about the job or the people I am working with. I usually see a job as a means to an end, to live and to support my hobbies and I do not want to identify with my job, however, this time I feel everyone in the team is closer to each other than I am to the rest. I am not sure if it's my way of being or if things are changing. I feel that lately, the tech startup scene is becoming more fake in the sense that people act in ways that have been painted around this culture, like fake friendly, not truly friendly. Not sure if it really makes sense what I am saying here, but my question is to those people who do not give a f usually and they just do their job and that is it. How do you that? Don't you question yourselves and how you are perceived?
