I must be some sort of masochist because I enjoy being interviewed for other jobs. I usually decline the offers they give me but I do get a sick joy out of asking questions when they give the grand old, “Do you have any questions for us?”
Some of my favorites are;
“How did your company handle the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic during mass-shutdowns?”
“What would you say is the hardest part of the job for newcomers?”
“What is one thing that makes your company stick out from it’s competitors?”
“How are internal conflicts between employees handled? What about conflicts with customers/clients who overstep boundaries?”
“What are some reasons for employees to end a working relationship with your company?”
“What is the hardest part about your job? Why?”
“If you could change one thing about your work environment, what would it be and why?”
Do you have any questions that you like to ask during interviews?
Fun way to look at interviews: You are interviewing the company as much as they are interviewing you.
