I was so excited when I opened it. The opening line is “Congratulations!” Followed by “the cash portion of your award is 0$.” Wtf I’m so confused. The rest of the letter is about how much they appreciate my contributions…. Has anyone else seen this before? I’ve never heard of a profit-sharing bonus.
