Trying to leave this current job for a new one. Pays $1 more. I hate the “we'll call you back” crap.
Called the place today about hiring, hiring manager said “let me find your application and I'll call back”
Its been 3 hours. Called back and hilariously she picks up and explains “haven't had time to call back” but yah easily just picked up the phone.
Seems a little funny here. Unless I don't know how it really is and maybe she was busy. I know I probably won't expect a call back.
Why are managers so anal about hiring.
