My boss is mad that I have weekends off..

I work for an Outreach team in Philadelphia. We facilitate the transfers of individuals into rehab, detox, shelters, and etc. I love what I do, even though I witness horrific things on the daily. I don’t get it, what’s the issue? Everyone is satisfied with the schedule. Our corporate office has the weekends, but me the supervisor isn’t allowed that.. because of..reasons I guess. She said I have to call her at 2pm to discuss this issue.

I’m tired of working for control freaks..
