How can I ask for a pay raise in my specific situation?

So my job has offered me a manager position but only for Saturdays. Our Saturday managers schedule is shifting so he chose me to be the new manager for Saturdays only. The rest of the week I will have my normal role. I work for a smaller company (Graphic Designer is my position) so I’m going to take up the offer because it will eventually lead to a bigger role in the near future. Currently I am making 19 an hour. I ideally want to ask for 23 an hour and then wait till July for my yearly review and ask for 25 an hour. How should I initiate the conversation and what should I say?
