So I am almost a full time employee, and I previously was, but now I work part time since I've gone back to school.
One of my coworkers asks to switch days/shifts around with me quite often. With my actual schedule, I have a 3 day block off to do homework. But if I switch days I get 2 days best.
This is also nearly the 5th week this has happened. I just don't understand what's going on and how to politely say I'd like to work the schedule I actually have, rather than shifting it around week after week.
Idk this is mostly a rant, but I'd really like some advice!
