Tech sales rep rant

Company has 200+ sw products they wish to shove into each customer's throat. Every single day we receive internal emails about post sharing on Linkedin, internal sales enablement, new programmes we need to execute, new methodologies, new additional tools – not tools that reduce our effort. Marketing is useless (very old fashioned physical event type) so no MQL's. The org has more operations, programmes asking reps to do stuff they think it's useful for the customer, but no one spending time in trying to understand what customers want – sometimes it's our tech, sometimes isn't…we can't win all products all the time – it would also be a huge risk for customers having all eggs in one basket. Just posted after 2 sales enablements sessions. Hope you are doing better than me!
