What’s the legality of this? (VIC, Australia)

Working at Hungry Jacks, store is currently running a Make A Wish tax write-off fundraiser, and every employee not asking for donations from customers has to make it up from their own pockets. I’m pretty sure that’s not how charity works 🤨
