I’m not going to lie, I’m a bit smug. They lost a valuable employee but refused to give me a better promotion or a better raise even after four years of working there. They lost all their remaining senior employees within less than a year. Now they realize they’re truly screwed over without me there, so they were forced to replace me with two people. Lol.
