Last three days I have managed to come in late due to the hour change. My direct supervisor is adamant that my coworkers can make it to work I should be able as well.
I went over his head and explained that melatonin puts me out for six hours no matter what time the alarm goes off so I'm slowly tuning my body back to normal working hour. She was fine with it.
