applied for a part time position. phone interview within a few days of submitting my application, invited for an interview. interview went well and ended with the manager saying they think I'd be a great fit & that they want someone to start within 2 weeks.
a week passes (waiting for 2nd interview to be scheduled), the manager offers me the job without their boss' consent. a few days later, get an email that I actually do need a second interview. schedule it, do the interview, that manager says they want to clone 20 of me. background check gets completed within 4 days, I receive onboarding emails 6 days post interview but don't receive a response to my email asking for an update until 9 days post interview.
the manager sends some days for onboarding paperwork, I send back my availability. the first day within our availability is today, and I still haven't heard from them after 3 attempts to reach out. do I just walk in?
Tldr; accepted a position and am questioning it now due to lack of communication.
