Work from home company trying to get me in trouble/fired for an internet outage!

So, I've been doing the work from home life for about 3 years now. Some jobs were okay, some were just terrible. This new one I have has been pretty decent so far, pay is okay. Here's the issue. I had an internet outage twice. One was when I was in training for 2 days, and this recent one was for a whole week. The last outage was county wide, and it affected everyone. APPARENTLY, the company is saying that those days won't be excused even when I provided all the documentation to prove the outage. My first supervisor completely understood the situation, but my new supervisor is saying this now. I tried to explain what happened. But nothing. Idk what to do. I'm the only income in my house and this is the highest paying job in the area. Any tips/ideas?
