Company is threatening to fire my team's supervisor if our surveys don't improve. Our team has agents in the top 10% company wide and half of us just won a service award for having top numbers in 2022. I feel like something else is going on. My supervisor has been out on FMLA leave due to surgery and this feels like retaliation for it. It's just really frustrating to do everything and get the raises and awards and still be facing layoffs.
