Supervisor constantly nagging every club pick up employee to be faster and faster and bring out orders in less than 5 minutes (not possible as we're constantly understaffed and multiple cars arrive at once) We consistently overachieve in sales everyday up to 137% so profits are a record high. How do they reward us for this? By putting on even more work and pressuring us to skip our breaks and lunches to push out these orders as fast as possible. Literally absolutely no customers complain about waiting 6 minutes or even 10 minutes in the parking lot. The only ppl who care about the time is the supervisors and higher ups it literally doesn't affect anything yet they still push it onto us and have the audacity to be upset that we can't get it out in less than 5 minutes. Member obsessed? How about you be EMPLOYEE obsessed for once you greedy fucks. Fuck Sam's club and fuck club pick up.
