I work at a busy plasma center.
Now we do have some management issues and favoritism, but thats not the main reason I'm quitting. I'd like to quit because of my health. I need hip surgery soon and I've been in extreme pain doing the plasma phlebotomist gig. Never a moment to sit down and take a pain breather.
I spoke with my doctor and she wrote a note recommending part time employment due to health issues. I brought it to my employer, who sort of snubbed their nose at it and just said “Well see”.
So I think I'd like to put in my two weeks and just focus on college. Does anyone have any good, proper advice for quitting and not burning bridges?
