Ok so genuine question for all of you. Would you rather have a workplace with toxic management but reasonable and dependable workload that you know you can take care of and everyone does their part or amazing management but workload so unbalanced with a team who does nothing that you never get anything done. Because I in the last year have dealt with both and am beginning to miss the first of the two options.
