Help with system issues
Quick question short story, I work for one of the top banks and I’m currently working from home. For the last 3 weeks I’ve been having system vpn issues. For 2 weeks I’ve been in contact with tech support with multiple escalated tickets. This is the 3rd week I’m still having tech issues. I’ve been issued 2 new computers still doesn’t work. And my job doesn’t want to pay me for their system issues. What next steps should I take? Every time I ask HR or sup about my check they say they’re investigating it. At this point idk what to do with no $.
