I've been an airport employee for a 13 years.I help push the elderly and disabled on wheelchairs, the moment I became the union rep my boss put me in an isolating position that has maybe like 5 other coworkers as to not spread influence to the newer recruit, and we only help 1 airlines since that airlines always complains about not having people on that flight to push so my bos created a team to specifically help that flight. Little does he know I sit around for 4-5hrs out of my 8 hr work day doin nothing while everyone running around for hrs on there feet barely able to sit down for more than 10 minutes a day. Best thing is…….I get paid the same and earn more tips >:D
