Interviewer wants me to do hours of work for an assessment before moving forward?

A marketing job I am interviewing for wants me to complete 5 “examples”, which consist of making 3 mock social media posts for each example. 15 posts total, all due within 24 hours. Normally in past positions, it would take at least an hour per example, not including the required time it would take me to research and gather info on the post topics themselves. I genuinely anticipate this taking upwards of 6 hours of work, just to continue interviewing. Is this a red flag?
