Going through job interviews or humiliation drives

Hello everyone. I am here to share my experience and rant. Please do comment about your thoughts on this. We have a massive unemployment issue in our country. I am a highly educated person who is unable to find a decent academic job and is just reading at home these days. My colleagues are also more or less in the same place. Employers take advantage of this situation to hire people for extremely low wage and messed up working rules. We have a massive unemployment issue in our country. I am a highly educated person who is unable to find a decent academic job and is just reading at home these days. My colleagues are also more or less in the same place. Employers take advantage of this situation to hire people for extremely low wage and messed up working rules.
Currently, i am going through interviews which I have been told from different people that they are already fixed. Yet, i have been suggested to give my luck a chance. May be.
In these interviews, sometimes you are outright thrown out by asking you something so out of context that you would be left dumbfounded. Or, they will take this moment to insult your previous work and current ideas. Like, they will tell you straight face that you will be stuck forever; this is a ridiculous topic; it doesn't belong to the field etc etc. Mind you, most of these interviewers are not themselves any respected or well revered people. Mostly, they have been chosen because they are spineless and politically aligned to not raise their voice against the sham process.

I return back from these with a broken heart everytime. It takes me days to get back to my routine until next time. But I have no choice it seems. In my head, i wish there will be a time when i will smash dead this whole biased fucked up and humiliating system of recruitment.
