“I don’t understand why people keep leaving…”

I was doing try outs at different jobs this past week and one job was the kitchen for a bar. I had no idea I would be the only kitchen staff in a full service. Menu included, pizza, panini, Tappas, and more. The kitchen was also no set-up for something that extensive, literally 3 feet long with a convection oven. Add onto the job that you had to run the food, buss the dishes, do the dishes, then clean up, then do inventory then help out the back bar. All the while the owner tells me this is a great job but he can't understand why people keep leaving… I of course did not accept the job.
