So I just put in my 2 weeks on monday.After 15 yrs of working my ass off for this company they didn't even try and stop me or offer a counter offer.Just goes to show you that companies really don't care about you.Mind you this isn't a major company this is a single mom and pop auto body shop.So kids take it from me don't think business care about you.
