is this normal? i applied to a job, had an interview with them online and they asked me to send references. they checked my references, and sent me an email to schedule a “working interview.”
what is the point of a working interview if you already met me, checked my references, and now want me to do two hours of free labour for you to see if i'm good enough for the job – wouldn't my reference check and interview already confirm that?
or are they simply disguising a training session as a working interview so that they don't have to pay me lol
