Restroom Breaks

Hey everyone I recently started a job with T-Mobile at one of the call centers and I just wanted some opinions and input. I just started production a few days ago and I took a 4 minute and 52 second restroom break (yes it’s timed) and the next day my direct supervisor pulled me to the side. He informed me that taking that time is unacceptable if it’s over 2 minutes and I will need to use up one of my 15 minute breaks if I would like to use the restroom in the future. This is ridiculous right? I told him that it is absolutely embarrassing for a company that claims to care about their employees to have an issue with using the restroom for less than 5 minutes. TLDR: Took a 5 min bathroom break and was told it’s unacceptable
