I have recently gotten a performance review with my manager and surprisingly we were not in line on 90% of the goal achievement. Does anyone have any recommendations for next steps?
For example on 1 topic her comment was just that I have done a great job and rated me 3 out of 5. When inquiring how do I reach next level as I don't settle usually for just average the reply was – you could never exceed her expectations.
On another topic she just said I need to be more proactive but not listing any steps I could take.
