it makes me feel so shitty and i dread having to go to work and be around them. everyone else says i do a good job and acknowledges that i work hard but my manager and his assistant are always ganging up on me.
his assistant yelled at me and accused me of something i didn't do, to the point that i cried during a meeting to “mediate” and now they joke about it behind my back.
today, he literally interrupted my coworker while he was doing something to complete a task that i could've done. i wasn't doing anything and he knew it. he just didn't want me to do it.
i also found out a guy that's been here for a month got a key, when i have been here for 8 months and haven't gotten one.
i was proofreading something for a coworker and he started talking shit about how i'm no good at it (he was talking about posts that i hadn't even been the one to proofread).
he's just so mean and it's not fair because i haven't done anything wrong to deserve it. he always has something 'funny' to say, or something that he thinks is funny but it's not, it's just rude. he never says good job, or even just acknowledges that i don't screw anything up. i've literally had customers compliment me and he'll say something like “she's alright.” it just sucks. i work so hard and get nothing but disrespect back. he literally doesn't even say “good morning” back to me anymore. i don't know what i've done. it makes me dread having to go to work, and i used to love my job.
