i hate this concept. i put in a schedule request form for the anniversary of my brother’s death including the week of. my boss’s response was “unless you can find someone to cover your shift i’m not honouring this”. sucks for you dude, i’m not coming in that week. its not my job to figure that shit out. you make the schedule.
