This is my first proper job and it is as a support analyst, I was told €25K a year which would increase to around €27K after probation I was also told I would get 3 days working from home and 2 in the office, months past probation and I’ve not gotten a salary increase and I am only allowed 1 day at home.
A person started the same job at the same time but they had 3+ years of experience- their workload is way lower than mine (even though they are way more experienced)
My team leader who only looks at numbers seems me doing poorly as I have been given a lot harder tasks that take days to complete when the other worker gets tasks that may take 5 mins (I’ve timed it as I did the tasks for them when they were on holidays)
Any advice on what I should do? I am in a very rural area and feel like the only chance I am going to get at a new job is to completely move or do 100% remote
