I work in a Logistics company and recently one of my coworker quit. The account she had was tossed over to me without a heads up and it’s too much work for one person with my other accounts. Not to mention the manager who oversees this account likes to micromanage. Everything I do ends up being the wrong thing or just likes to nitpick. It just got to the point where I’m over it, especially since I’m not even being paid that much.
Should I call up a meeting with HR and my manager and try to either find a plan for this account? I’m honestly at my last straw.
