Just venting. I recently started a factory job and after 2 days of training was put on the line without a trainer. The entire shift the other women on the line BITCHED the entire time that I was too slow and not keeping up. I was told by multiple people that particular line takes a minimum of six months to get comfortable on, and up to speed. These “ladies” have been doing this job for years. It wasn’t like I wasn’t trying either. I kept apologizing and was moving as fast as I could. In my 35 year work career I’ve never experienced such utter hate for simply trying my hardest as a new person to do a job.
