i work in a office of a big tech company. today, my boss was out for a event and i was there almost by myself (besides me, i counted 3 other people in the site – bc everybody else where in the fucking event).
my aunt died yesterday and today my mom called me informing about the service that was scheduled for this night, so naturally i left early in order to attend and pay my respects.
i've informed everybody why was i leaving early and now, at the church, my boss messaged me asking why i left and that a funeral isnt more important than my job.
also, she asked me to schedule half an hour on monday for 1:1. will i be fired?
