one of my coworkers that I supervise wrote a report on me after my upper head decided to write her up for her lack of work ethic and behavior. She said she didn’t agree with what was written and decided to counteract with a report. She claimed that I was abusive towards her by yelling and making her do stuff that was not in her job description. She also claimed that I was speaking in our mother tongue towards her in a abusive way. This is all completely untrue and a lot of it was taken out of context. and i have a lot of witnesses that can attest to me being completely respectful. I’m always nice and i’ve tried to help her out in so many ways. I even tried to help her not get written up. But now Hr had an hour long meeting with me asking me a lot of pointed questions. I’m not sure how to proceed? I’m pretty screwed without this job. I’m scared i’ll get fired.
