So I recently quit my full time job for another job in the same field I went to university for(film). It was very last minute and I needed to start immediately. So I told them in person and sent an email to what I thought was my manager.(they have a weird email system an app cooled bamboo that is hard to navigate and does not have a message/email feature).
Now they are saying I signed a form that restricts me from leaving without 2 weeks notice. They say I need to pay them back somehow and I owe them two weeks.
I am 23 years old and pretty scared. Are they able to sue me? I live in Ontario
