I am a foreign worker in the U.S. (MA) who is facing wage nonpayment for over 2 months now. My colleagues in the same situation are planning to contact a labour attorney and some of us have already contacted the Attorney General regarding this issue (they have acknowledged our claim but we dunno when action can be taken). As someone who is in the US on a work permit (extension of student visa), I’m just unclear about my rights here and any input from fellow antiworkers would be great.
