It is hot potato. Everybody at work knows the flaws and holes. I’ve passed down to two people in the chain of command the changes needed and improvements. In my last performance review they stated changes and improvements that will happen to fill in the holes and cracks. My performance was in reason of the cracks.
The needed changes were denied by their superiors. My performance review this time is my coworkers and I are being faulted more for what falls in the cracks. They are pretending they didn’t say changes they were going to implement. I’ve been doing the best I can at work. My coworkers, idk. The complaints and issues brought up at the workplace have been around for years before I started.
I don’t know what went down. Our performance review was WHAT ARE WE DOING? They’ve been hearing complaints. I’ve mentioned the holes and cracks. I can’t do everything asked of me. A lot of it is not my fault, they know.
They are pretending they hadn’t already asked or said they will fill those holes. A few needed changes now will be made because someone important complained to the right people. The huge bulk to fill in the cracks and holes have to still pass down to a person who has been denying them for years.
I can’t stand my performance is called into question even a bit because they don’t provide us with the necessary funding and supplies to do our job adequately.
Coworker said he heard someone threatened to have the a news channel come. Some brother’s friend had connections.
