Hello I make about 20 dollars an hour after tips working at a fine fine establishment but they have terrible work life balance and terrible work culture. I was so happy to get this job at first bc of the pay without the need to reeeducate but I have never been so physically worked in my life!
In top of the grueling physical nature, we have no down time, no weekends off, and 3-12 shifts five days a week….
Even tho the pay is good I am unhappy with the work life balance and how physically and mentally demanding the job is.
Do I have better options in the Raleigh metro area of nc???
