I was given a call today while I was in the road from an HR department at a company I applied to. She asked why I had left my previous jobs, even though on the application I had stated the reasons. She told me that I have to many jobs over the past three years. I don’t show enough loyalty to my job so she’s not sure if they have room for me at their company. I don’t understand why this woman would take time out of her day to ask me questions she already knows the answer to and to say I wasn’t loyal to companies that weren’t loyal to me. Why must these people insist on wasting people’s time?
