Reddit, please help me give my company the middle finger

If your insurance company has ever required a prior authorization for a medication your doctor prescribed, they probably used CoverMyMeds to submit the PA. I Please help my linked post gain visibility in my city by upvoting my post in my city’s subreddit. I am hoping to unionize my workplace. I posted the original post in a subreddit on the city the business is headquartered in hoping to fuel the fire and get the attention of leadership. The company has a classic case of “toxic positivity” and discussing unionizing in person is risky because there are currently very few voices who speak out against the company in any negative light. Not sure who is a safe person to talk to currently but hoping to change that soon. Please help me fight the anti-union downvotes so as many people in my city see it as possible. I am hoping to get…

This company received over 77 MILLION in tax abatements from our city for a building that they are planning to sublease after surprising 815 people with layoffs a few weeks ago. Columbus city schools don’t even have AC and our company is in “financial dire” after not hitting a 26% YoY growth target rate (insanity). This company is problematic to its employees and the city. I have watched the downvotes on post all day and would truly appreciate your support in upvoting the post. This is a throwaway account so this is not some karma farming bullshit.

My hope is to get the attention of locals, our leadership, and my coworkers so that we can start taking some power back from this shit company and pushing back both as employees and as a city. I want to put a halt to the toxic positivity and encourage others to start speaking out as well. If nothing else, I want the tax abatements revoked. *If you could PLEASE upvote my original post, * I would greatly appreciate it.

I think Reddit could be a great tool for beginning the path to unionization in these circumstances, and I want to give it my best shot.
