How do I provide proof to the unemployment office for this? I live in Texas. I have been in contact with the companies HR department since the end of January about these issues. HR has told me to be patient, they even visited in person twice about these issues, but after the visits the treatment got louder and noticable to other staff. He even talked about how worthless he thinks I am to other employees behind my back.
HR has now ghosted me and I quit due to all of this.
I have been lucky enough to have never needed to file for unemployment before, I am not sure how the process works or what the timeline is.
