My employer is telling employees that if they call out earlier in the week they will be REQUIRED to come in over the weekend to makeup for the missed time. I couldn't find anything online about this but it certainly feels fishy. We are given sick pay and PTO but if we end up using it we get punished. Has anyone else dealt with a similar situation? Is this legally viable?
