I am a contractor for a defense company in WI. I make about $84 per regular hour and $126 per overtime hour. The money is barely okay but I have been working for 12 hours per day for last 4 months so it is 60 hours per week and I am burned out and extremely tired. If I don't want to work overtime or get less overtime hour, can they fire me legally?
