Big corp that I am working for, instead of allowing my parent company to hire on another qualified person with experience at what I do, they instead turned down offer for second position and hired another person from a direct competitor to sit in the desk next to me and do the same job I do.
The person is trying futilely to copy what I am doing asking many obvious questions and overall does not know the first thing at this.
