So I work in grocery. I recently got the job two weeks ago with a company in transition from one owner to the next. Im currently starting pay as a manager $20/hr. Fkn amazing right? Well the new bosses who acquired the company now say that they have a “tier pay” and are planning on reducing my hourly wage. I don’t want that! I’m happy with my wages and I feel stupid for not standing up for myself when they were interviewing me. I told them my work history and all so I deserve this! Any tips or things to say to keep me at where I am?
