Long story short, she is one of my dangerous supervisors because she switched everything in the system to make other people look like they stole money. My other supervisor quit the job because she doesn't want to work with her and they were taking a long time to take action. Last week, a new hire left because she was reminded by our manager that she was stealing money so to make sure she count the money very well. Since we work with money and the one who steals often made a bunch of false complaints to us, some of my coworkers including myself got uncomfortable working with her. Every time I have issues with her I was ignored by the management. The management always kept watching what she did and they knew already. But the point is she is still there. Sometimes I thought about quitting the job but like I came to think of why would I have to quit because of someone stealing which is not my business. But like every day when I go to work I am afraid of getting set up by her and that was not easy. I don't know what management is up to. Any advice will appreciate it.
